Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all return requests.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, return requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
